Joseph is a master of Gallup Strengths. Not only does he conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions, but an entire workshops on this topic. My experience with Joseph has been nothing short but amazing... He is both consistent and personalized to his audiences. I've seen many good trainers and coaches. Joseph is on of my top favourite. I definitely recommend him.
