BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!! From my daughter Therry: My experience has been more than great!!!! My mom handed me the phone to make sure the flight was booked within her expectations and let me tell you guys..Levi made sure I understood every steps of the booking process by repeating as much as I needed EVERYTHING! I've never experienced such professional and reassuring customer service as the one Levi provided. He's VERY PATIENT and understanding of the langage barrier at times (me being from Quebec and French being my first langage). Levi went the extra mile on every steps of the process with me and i can't say it enough, I'm truly thankful! We booked and confirmed everything together and Levi stayed with me on the phone for 1h30!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES THAT...EVER!!! I can only rate 5 stars on this survey, but if it was up to me, I'd give 10 stars! TOTALLY RECOMMANDED!!!
