Geeta Hair does NOT process RETURNS
This hair company is an AWFUL company. They have a published "No Reason" Return Policy for 30 days after delivery, posted on the geetahair.com website EXCEPT THEY WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN. Geeta Hair will first try to convince you that you should keep their wig(s) and then they will just stop answering your emails/calls. I have requested that they process a refund for this wig that I do not want. I started communicating with them the same day I received the wig. They do not honor their own published polices. They really should have a no-star rating.
