transition from Neat to Rapyd has been…
transition from Neat to Rapyd has been a total disaster missing funds in the transaction and what's more baffling is the total incompetence and total lack of a customer service. from Neat where you could talk to someone online anytime to a place where a ticket goes unanswered for days and there is absolutely no way to talk to a human. to add even more they are gonna start charging a subscription of 90 usd from 10 of April. it's seems like a suicidal move to just push clients away? AVOID AT ALL COST Update 28/03/2023: Have the two major ongoing issues with my Rapyd account both related to missing funds during the transition, I got an inconclusive response today about one of the two, it's getting flagged to a different team for refund, still to happen. The other issue of missing funds (about 60k+ HKD) is still open and unanswered for. not even an holding mail saying they're looking into it or whatever.... huge frustration is mounting and I am getting close to go to the police to make a report for misappropriation of funds and report them to the monetary authority as well. I have also found online the personal emails of the CEO, the CTO and one of the founders, to whom I wrote an email but no response from anyone yet. Update 29/03/2023 after some investigative work I found the personal cell phone of people working in the FinOps department in Tel aviv and Lodon. After threatening to put their personal name into the police report that i was gonna file I got a phone call within hours by one of the big bosses, super apologetic and relatively helpful to act on it. and I've received the missing fund back within 2 days. the money was easy to transfer out of Rapyd again to another local Hong Kong bank with fps transfer (HK account to HK account), and now I have requested to close the account before they start charging tomorrow. so in conclusion Rapyd no more - what a nightmare experience. Also to everyone also experiencing the same, forget about the customer service, just get creative. research personal info (legally) of their employees online and you'll get the money back when they are made aware that they personally gonna dragged in police matters.
