Beware. Zalora is not efficient like before!
I used to find Zalora very efficient. Not anymore. Good luck if something goes wrong. I have not received my order although I have been charged for the item. Contacted "live chat" but no one responds despite waiting for over half an hour. Can't track the order as it just appears as "processing the order". Can't cancel the order. Only thing I can do is dispute the charges via Paypal
