Disastrous Transition from Neat to Rapyd: A Complete Nightmare!
This is an absolute nightmare! I cannot believe the horrendous experience I've had with this so-called "transition" from Neat to Rapyd. Let me tell you, if you're considering using Rapyd, read all the reviews here because they're ALL true! Neat used to be an amazing company that offered everything you needed to run your online business smoothly. Unlimited amounts of credit cards per user, physical USD credit cards, and incredible 24/7 customer support. But now, with Rapyd, it's a whole different story. They've been double charging each transaction I made with the credit card for two days now and there's no one to answer my questions or help me out. To make things worse, there are missing Stripe payouts and STILL no response from their support team. And if that wasn't bad enough, I can't even withdraw my funds due to a "system error". Do yourself a favor and avoid Rapyd at all costs! And get this, they have the audacity to charge $99 for their "luxury" services. What a rip-off! I am beyond frustrated with this entire situation and I urge you to take my advice and stay far, far away from Rapyd.
