I signed up a trial class for my kid
I signed up a trial class for my kid. Someone called and set a date and time for the trial class. On that day, I received a few emails, sms and automatic phone call to remind me the trial class. However there is no instruction how to access to the class! I contacted the customer service and they had no idea and no reply from them. I managed to log-in into my account but there is no link found to access to the class! Such a bad service and wasted my time. No way I am going to sign up the class for my kid.
