Can’t get back money because customer service never replies
I bought a flexible light and it arrived with a defect. So I tried to reach the customer service, but they never reached back to me, also on instagram they ignored me. Now I have a useless defect light and don’t get back my money. Great company… never buying there again, and will have bad reputation between my colleagues and friends…
