Would not order direct again
Was referred to CRZYOGA through a fitness site, indicating their leggings were great, squat proof, reasonably priced and don't pill. Had I known ordering via Amazon might have improved my experience with them I would have gone that route, but ordered direct. Don't do it! I received the leggings and they are too big. I contacted Customer Service to start an exchange for a smaller size--emailed them 4 times and no reply. After about 8-10 days, I received a reply indicating they don't exchange but they'd let me keep the wrong size and send me a different line of their leggings instead. So I buy 2 pair and get ONE back, but not the same as what I originally ordered. What?!...I just want the same leggings, smaller size. So I emailed back asking if I can return the 2 pair and told I can but need to pay for shipping. OK, sure..will do. Asked what the mailing address is to return and I'm waiting more days for a reply. I'm concerned about their 30 day window to return as I'm almost 2 weeks into receipt of goods and can't get much back from this company. No idea if ordering through Amazon is better. Sadly, I can't speak to the leggings themselves as I have not worn them.
