No Internet issue in mexico
Update: they did eventually respond and there was an issue with the initial esim i was sent. They have me a new one which is now working. Installed everything as reccomended. Internet never worked and was left stranded in mexico with no Internet access. App offered no help and they still have not replied to my messages on WhatsApp. This is not my first time using esims, and I've never had an issue with any other company. Not happy with my experience with jetpac
