Avoid! They will try anything to keep your money
I placed an order and immediately emailed them to cancel it having found a better product elsewhere. I had no reply until the next day when they claimed it had been shipped the previous day, despite me receiving no shipping notification until after this email exchange. They were in fact lying because the Royal Mail tracking clearly showed it wasn't shipped until the evening of the second day. When I explained I would be returning it and wanted a full refund including postage because it had been posted after they had responded to my email and knew I didn't want it, they kept offering me token amounts to keep it, despite me explaining I had no use for it. This made me feel they just wanted to keep as much of my money as possible by trying to get out of a refund. In the end they refunded the item value (after me having to chase it up) but not the postage cost which they only incurred by sending the item after they knew I wanted to cancel the order, and in any case included a steep mark-up on the actual Royal Mail cost for the service they used (they charged £5.99 for a £3.35 service).
