Such assessments are essential to determine whether a person can safely follow the proposed schedule. Furthermore, the meal plans and recipes provided do not reflect individual nutritional needs. There is no consideration of potential deficiencies in vitamins such as D or E, or minerals like iron, potassium, or calcium. For example, conditions such as anemia can only be reliably identified through blood tests, yet your program ignores this entirely. The recipes do not clarify whether they address or compensate for such deficiencies. As a result of this lack of personalization and medical awareness, users may experience serious negative effects. In my case, I was unable to complete even a full month of the program due to extreme fatigue and a general sense of weakness and inability to function properly. It is evident that the primary focus of this company is to sell as many subscriptions as possible, rather than to provide a responsible and individualized service. This approach assumes that all people are the same and can follow identical plans, which is not only inaccurate but potentially harmful.
