support for trouble with videopro converter
downloaded video pro converter 29th March - and paid for family licence. It comes up with an error message and to contact support. Have now tried to install and register on three different machines - with the same result. Have sent an email to support (and also sales) four times with no response. About to give up and ask for a refund - although not sure how that will go given that they do not respond. Anyone any suggestion how to make contact with them? Updated 5 April: Good News the support team has made contact - for some reason none of my emails were getting through. I sort of worked that out as after they made contact following this review - I lost contact again and so made contact using another email. Now all sorted! So please disregard the negative comments - now to use the software and I will get back with another review once I have used it for a while. Thanks Trustpilot.
