I can not say a bad word against HW based on my booking experience
Seeing last review from 27 March "A fake site. No confirmation or contact after booking and payment" I was afraid of my booking made in Abu Dhabi on May 20th which made on HotelWhales the same day, especially that it was cheapest available rate. As the booking confirmation HotelWhales sent me included the company confirmation only I sent e-mail to their customer service on 28th of March at 15.25 with request to send me the hotel booking number and received their response with the hotel reservation number the same day at 16:21. Seeing risk anyway today I asked the hotel directly and received following answer: Dear Sir, Good day! The below confirmation number you have provided in your email is correct and confirmed. ********* So in my case everything was good and my review score can not be other then 5/5
