I booked a flight ticket of 26th Oct 2021 to travel from Bangalore to Vadodara ( Order ID:793245245151252930) and i had to cancelled this ticket due to my wife hospitalized. I conveyed and shared all documents to Indigo airline and immediately the refunded the ticket amount through virtual ID to travelling agency. I have been sending reminders to customer care - Happy easygo team and it is pretty that even after 30 month completion, havenot received refunded amount from them. I have not received a refund amount & am highly unsatisfied with the way to handle customer issues. Please find herewith screen shot from Indigo airlines has refunded the amount of 3610 INR for your reference & refund the same amount on top priority.
