The swimsuit that I ordered is very nice. The blue color is closer to a powder blue which is very pretty. It's comfortable and non chaffing. I can't honestly judge true to size because after ordering I have lost over 50 lbs. I can't honestly say for sure. It fits me comfortably but has a lot of stretch of material.
