I recently switched to a new device and have been paying for its monthly subscription as agreed. However, I was unexpectedly charged additional fees labeled as “late fees,” even though my previous subscription payments were up to date. In total, I’ve ended up paying over $100 just for a simple device exchange, which is unreasonable and concerning. When I inquired about the charges, no clear explanation was provided regarding the basis of these “late fees.” I believe this situation has been mishandled and request a full breakdown of these charges. Given the inconvenience, lack of clarity, and the extra costs I’ve incurred unnecessarily, I would like to request appropriate compensation or a refund for the excess amount paid.
