It was quite disturbing to find out that I couldn't use my Kenya Airways passes due to (most likely) some kind of negligence or noncompliance on their part. After being frustrated that it seemed I could only communicate via email, I was so glad to get a What's App number. Roger Williams was the one who helped me and provided excellent service: he was patient, kind, helpful, informative and efficient.
