Wotofo horrible customer service
I bought the Wotofo profile X rta. It came in the package with broken glass. I used the form on their website to make a claim, and after 3 months, I still have not heard back from them. I sent a second request and after a month, still haven't heard anything back. Love their product, but their customer service, or lack thereof is horrible.
