Excellent value, great WhatsApp customer service
Once the eSIM is activated, it’s great. Really good value and does what is needed. We bought regional packs for Australia & New Zealand, and have previously used Latin America packs. BUT getting the eSIM activated was a real pain. I knew what needed to be done however I continually got an error message. Used WhatsApp customer support, Dan was speedy & excellent - just a shame that we couldn’t get the eSIM to work without help.
