My sufferings from using your App.
I booked first time 10 days ago, you had charged my money but it wasn’t successful. You took my money for about a week. When I had money back, I booked again but the ticket price increased 12.5%. On the top of that, I could not find the good option for luggage but what I got is carry on baggage is not allowed and even no option to buy it. Please improve the service and options to be better. Thank you.
