Trust the bad reviews with this company! Ordered 2 t-shirts from them on March 19, 2023, and expected their quoted 5-10 business day delivery to be fairly reasonable. Order shipped on the 24th with Yanwen (first red flag), tracking information through a 3rd party site - not the freight company's (second red flag), with no ability to make contact. Arrived in Australia on the 27th, then sat with no further information updated. I contacted sgan on April 5th requesting an update, was told more information would be coming in the following days. Check tracking again today and it says parcel was delivered on the 7th - Good Friday! No one is doing deliveries on Good Friday. Rubbish Chinese company. I've demanded a refund. Let's see how that plays out. Don't go near them.
