The company suggested cheapest shipping rate is 3X that of another. I needed to pay to get the shipping quote. When I decided that I didn't want to pay the exorbitant shipping charges but instead return the item, the website wouldn't let me. You're better off using another agent like EZship. So much cheaper & hassle free if you're willing to spend some time using Google translate
