Volantex RC Ranger V757-7 1600mm Wingspan EPO FPV RC Airplane PNP
I purchased an RC aircraft VolantexRC Ranger 1600 V757-7 1600mm Wingspan EPO FPV Aircraft RC PNP about three weeks ago and after it arrived, I found several defects in the model. I reported these flaws and requested a return / refund from Banggood. However, I was kept waiting for a response for several days. First they said I will get a reply within 24 hours, then after few days, they said 48 hours, then they said if I don't receive a response, to try to contact customer service. After my contact, Customer Service offered me $10 only and refused my request for return and refund. I am very disappointed and now considering terminating my membership (VIP-3) with Banggood.
