Cheap imitation product
I purchased what was advertised as a Toyo straw hat. Not terribly expensive, but not one of their cheaper items, either. What I received was a product made of 100% plastic. Unfortunately, I failed to go through the fine print of their return process. It requires their permission to return an item, and then you are responsible for the return shipping, which means for a 20 or 30 dollar purchase, you will ultimately get very little if anything back. I can't say if this is a problem with the company itself, or just with the oversight of its suppliers, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them unless you're fully prepared for it to be a gamble.
