Worst customerservice
The tarp is amazing when it comes to giving shade. Be careful though: you still need to wear sunscreen!! But when it rains, the tarp fills up with water and the rods bend like crazy. Sitting underneath the tarp when it's raining was not possible unfortunatelly because of this. We had to take everything down in the pouring rain, put it back up the next day in the sunshine (and it's not that easy to install, not as easy as it seems, because the rods bend when you try to get the tarp nicely outlined), and then had to break it down again when it started raining again. This summer wasn't the best summer, with a lot of rain, and it would have been great if we wouldn't had to put it up and break it down every effing day. Not worth the money. Customer service does not reply at all. And a negative review won't be posted on the site. Don't trust this company.
