Some good age ago....It's now better?
When I started with this hosting, it was awesome. Fast servers, good support. But after change onto 5950x everything changed...so I decided to change hosting with same CPU and their speeds are much better than on RN.. Support was awesome, Mackenzie always helped, but then I met Josh...I didn't see worse support... Their respond time on tickets was far better, but now it's just waiting room or AFK room...What've changed? I'll spend my credit and then I'll run away...I had one ticket which was for startup flags, mentioned staff after 15min, after few hours was ticket closed without no answer... EDIT: In last time, I had issues, they we're resolved very quickly, as the reverse-proxy, same as transfer into another node bcz of some issues on my previous node. Still no custom flags for server and you have always to do a ticket for some changes.
