Incorrect items, broken merchandise and poor design and manufacturing quality.
Ordered 2 formal gowns, several costume and lingerie items and two swimsuits. The size guide was followed including measuring the intended model to confirm fitment. One of the dresses arrived with a broken zipper and despite being a "Formal" ball gown, failed to even touch the ankles of the model. Additionally, the color shipped did not match the color ordered. The two bra and panty sets, were designed incorrectly, with the cups of the bras not even reaching the mid point of the breast. One of the swim suits failed to even cover half of the breast. When notified of the quality issues and defective merchandise, after requesting a return address and submitting the $60 refund request. They offered a $9 discount to keep the defective merchandise. I would recommend AVOIDING this business at all costs.
