Had an issue where my order arrived but with just item instead of four. Packing slip showed that three items shipped and one was on backorder, so I understood why that one was not in there. Called and talked to Jay. Without hesitation he created a new order with the missing items and I got all three (including the backordered one) in two days. AWESOME SERVICE!!
