Gotta be honest I’m surprised to see low reviews here. OneSimCard has been a great solution for me. It took ages to find a carrier that offers PEN numbers, which are necessary for 2 factor authentication with banking services. As an expat with assets in the states, this is an invaluable service. Calls and texts are reasonably priced especially with the VoIP app. You have to buy more minutes for an annual “recharge.” That means I have an ever growing pile of minutes for what essentially is an annual service fee. It makes me stay in closer touch with my family overseas. The customer support is top notch. Every time I’ve had an issue, support resolved it quickly and gives me plenty of status updates. They’re super friendly and easy to get in touch with. I can reach a human straight away instead of going through several levels of chat bots. I’ve been repeatedly impressed with their service and responsiveness. I would (and regularly do) recommend this service.
