Bought the bike when they launched and used it every day until the belt snapped where it connects to the pedals and flywheel. This happened two months before the warranty was supposed to end. I put in a warranty request right away but they kept taking forever to reply. They dragged it out until the warranty expired and then told me it was my fault it expired and said it wasn’t covered. Their solution was basically just buy a new bike. They don’t care about customers once you’ve already bought. The fact you can’t even replace a simple rubber belt is ridiculous. Complete scam of a company that doesn’t honour their warranties. Avoid at all costs.
