I’d like to share this letter I sent to my sales rep at OXO Packaging. His name is Mac Thomas. Morning Mac - Thanks for following this process from the beginning. You are a great representative for your company - I always felt that I was dealing with a professional and that you had the best interests for the final project in mind at all times. As it turns out, I really like the tulip box. You may remember, I was only looking for a rigid neck/shoulder type box - but you guided me towards something more economical and also perfect for my needs. All of my guests “loved” it, and the after dinner sweet treats fit in snuggly. Thanks again, Mac. I hope to do more business with you & your company in the future… you deserve a raise in salary. Best, Adam
