Terrible returns service
Ordered a standard bridesmaids dress which came faulty as stitching was coming apart. I sent pictures to JJ’s house and they offered 1. Keep the item(s) and we can create a coupon code (50% of the item(s) value) for you. You can use the coupon to place a new order. 2. Return the item(s) back and we will offer you a coupon covering the item(s) value. You can use the coupon to place a new order directly. However, the return shipping fee will be paid by you.(A 5% restocking fee from your first returned dress(es) will be deducted, and 10% for your subsequent returned dress(es) as agreed.) However on their website it says if the dress is damaged they will give a full refund. With both these options I will be out of pocket! Shipping was a fortune as well. After speaking with customer care they offered a full refund which has made the experience a lot easier.
