Crap
After months od trying to make it work, I was finally fed up and ended up destroying the whole printer by kicking it and forcefully breaking the frame and everything else out of frustration. I had cr 10s pro. This company has no existent quality control. In retrospect I realized I basically built another whole printer by purchasing and changing all the broken components. Avoid it like a plague.
