I was having an awful day when I called for an airline reservation. This gentleman by the name of Sam Dawson help me out and he told me that they were having problems processing the payment because the bank would not accept the request to process the payment. In my confusion I totally forgot that I had to call the bank and when I remembered several hours I don't know how many had already passed. My brother passed away in Puerto Rico and like I said initially I haven't had a a good day at all. I called the bank to find out if they had process of payment and they said no. So I called travel old daddy again and spoke to Sam Dawson. At the time I called the flight that I had booked it already been canceled by the airline. Sam was kind enough to help me out into booking another flight and staying on the phone with me until I was able to get the bank to process the payment this was passed it's time to go home and I am very very grateful to him for his kindness and professionalism.
