Very poor customer support
Very poor customer support. They could not find record of our sale, only one week after we purchased. They would only direct us to their online system to find the order, but of course they never sent us details. The printer was faulty on arrival, incorrectly assembled and ripped the belt apart on the second print. Not an issue, these things happen, all they had to do was send a replacement belt and I could have fixed it. Instead they ran us round in circles, denying responsibility.
