BE CAREFUL! To begin, the only reason they have such great ratings on Trust Pilot is because they promote and evoke everyone that anybody who writes a review on Trust Pilot will earn a free credit. This is the only reason they have such high ratings. Thankfully, Trust Pilot was able to uncover the situation, red-flagged this organisation, and initiate the deletion of comments. Secondly, while I have terminated my subscription to Anyword since it finally degenerated into garbage and no longer fulfilled its intended purpose, I was unable to remove the associated credit card from my account. This was a significant complication. The storage of credit card information without the ability or opportunity to delete it strikes me as a potentially dangerous breach of security. I have emailed their customer support many times, and each time they respond by informing me that they would submit my request to the appropriate department, I get more frustrated. My credit card information is still saved in there with the fact that no action has been done up to this point. They are too quick to persuade individuals to join up and subscribe to them, but as soon as you decide to opt out / unsubscribe, they disregard your request and it takes them an extremely long time to carry it through. Even though I messaged them on their Facebook group, I have not received a response since then. BEWARE! Just look for more trustworthy AI platforms that are even more dependable and safe. UPDATE: Even though they removed my credit card, I am not going to reconsider my decision to give the service just one star. It was quite frustrating that the process took such a long time and that I had to contact them so many times.
