I booked ticket to batam from this company because they said having 50% for first booking for joining membership. However, I have to pay full and there's no a session where I can key the discount code. So I watsapp and emailed them...and emailed to the email where they sent me if urgent please email. Nobody reply. This is really bad. I was too rush to do booking that I forgot to check review. Really regret and worry if my tickets for 7 pax valid for tmr's trip??
