Subpar customer support team.
I bought a card on this site but the code was not delivered. It has been 3 days since I bought it and I have contacted the support too, but no reply from the support whatsoever. This is a fraud site and I advise people to avoid buying anything from this site to save your hard earned money. Update: Order Nr: 2416-5124926 Update: Received a refund. But still only 3 stars because the customer support didn't respond when I contacted them through their website. They responded only after I wrote a review on Trustpilot.
