With Eprolo for more than a year
I've been using Eprolo now for more than a year, I added it to my Shopify store as a backup. So far, it's been very good. In fact it has improved, as per my experience, I'm not saying that they have across the board excelled, but at least response time and shipping time has improved. This person, Rick is very professional, responding as fast as possible and providing solutions when needed. Sometimes they don't have the products I'm looking for, nevertheless they let me know. About shipping times, only once I had a long delay, but it was due to their New Year holiday, but mostly shipping has been fast, not blazing fast, but faster than Aliexpress. There's still room for improvement, that is why I am giving them 4 Stars. I reserve the 5th stars for when I see more improvement.
