I ordered a 4x4 Grow Tent kit
I ordered a 4x4 Grow Tent kit. Have 2 brackets that are cracked at the weld. Contacted them and they offered me a 3% discount after admitting it was a common proble:. A lot of good a 3% discount is ($12.00) if you can’t even move your tent. After jury rigging the brackets, got the tent together. No Net. You can’t buy them on their website. Went to Vivosun’s website they’re sold out. What I love is they sent me as a “substitute” was 2 -5 gallon fabric pots. Don’t need pots, got plenty of them. Dime a dozen on Amazon. Nets, there close to $20.00 Buy from Mars-Hydro. Never again. The customer service is, as many have pointed out, is non existent. Go elsewhere. You’ll be glad you did.
