Been waiting for my laser to be shipped, after nearly 3 weeks still no sign of it, and the only updates I get are if I chase it up myself. Then it's only what looks like an automated email saying sorry for the delay, so not am I nearly £1000 out of pocket but also no nearer to my cutter. This has got to be the worst experience ordering anything so far.
