I ordered the product on April 25th for an important event on May 9th. I gave Elfin a week to send you the product but I have not received the yet. I reached out to Elfin to see why I didn't receive my purchase yet, they responded "we will send the product next week." I was furious because I need it now. I asked for a refund on May 7 but no response from Elfin. Still as of today no response from Elfin. I will never order from Elfin again never had any problems with other hair websites. Sincerely dissatisfied customer
