Your return policy is a sham. I have filled in all the required information about why I want to return 2 of the 3 items I ordered, but it will not allow me to Submit Ticket. After 6 attempts, I selected the only other option, to keep the items and they will send a coupon. Not good enough MiniIntheBox. I will no longer shop with you and will spread the word.
