Pricing is confusing; activation probably needs chat help; underlying product is good.
The pricing is very confusing - for a lifetime licence, I saw about $150, $90, and $53, with little explanation of the differences. I was told one included upgrades and one didn't, though buying the cheapest still told me at the end of the process that I could have upgrades. \\ The activation process was extremely troublesome. First, online activation didn't work, and the person on chat directed me to the offline activation method - which we disagreed strongly on the complexity of (I think it is very complicated). In fact online _did_ work if I turned off my antivirus; the instructions should either mention that, or, better, list which .exe files should be permitted through any antivirus software. \\ The actual _product_ is good at what it does, though could be improved from the user interface point of view (for example, show some sort of progress indicator for when it's expanding the folders it is finding - if only a "working" indication - so that the user doesn't think it hasn't found them, only for them to appear after a minute or two). But it's a fair to good product.
