Both Easybooking and bus operator Sin Yong KKKL (Sin Yong operates under the guise of KKKL so do not be deceived by them) will leave you in the lurch!!! I booked through Easybooking 2 months before the bus trip from JB Larkin to KL TBS on the first day of CNY. The experience was absolutely a disaster with the bus leaving me and wife without waiting!!! They were actually informed that we have already reached Larkin bus terminal yet they f cared us and left without waiting!!! We actually reached the terminal more than one hour earlier than the departure time!!! Asking for refund from either of the freaking service providers is absolutely impossible!!! They are totally disgusting 🤢
