Good experience overall
Experience was great because seller was patient. Support was kinda okay, as although I can understand that the transaction was done during the weekend, the response from support took more than 2 days, which is not enough - if I did not hold the transaction, it would have been completed automatically given the 2 day policy. Support was polite anyway and could have been helpful if the help was provided earlier.
