FOR FOREIGN DOMESTIC WORKERS, INSURANCE POLICIES. The clinics listed do not honour FWD-insured persons. I purchased a Foreign domestic Worker policy with 6ME and an outpatient treatment rider. Upon purchase, FWD gave me a long list of supporting clinics in my area, Yishun, for both services. However, almost all the clinics say that they do not know why they are on the list provided by FWD, and they don't collaborate with FWD for any of the services listed by FWD, 6ME or outpatient. FWD then revised its inventory, which includes 1 -2 clinics in Yishun which also declined my maid's sickly request saying that they do not work with FWD. So FWD is lying through its teeth to get us to sign up for riders, but we don't know which clinics support FWD for the coverage I paid for. As such, NOW, my maid would now not go to any clinics they listed and be a stupid fool waiting and being rejected, all while feeling sick! The same for 6ME; all the clinics say they are not working with FWD and denied my maid - my maid had to fork out money after 6ME even though I have covered the cost with FWD through the rider policy. FWD refused to return the money for the riders because they paid for one visit, which was $20 there about. Karma will get you FWD. Money, time, and emotions were wasted on your insurance policy.
