Still no package
Ok. Since I wrote the last review on sept 27, it is Oct 8. Still no package. I received a response after writing to their support e mail listed, that the package has been sent. They sent a “tracking” number. No way to track. I have requested a refund. My advice to a possible buyer on this website, don’t waste your time or your money.

Still no item!!! Buyer beware!
Ordered a Halloween decoration 3 or more weeks ago. I just wrote the support team asking about it including order number. Let’s see if they respond and I receive this soon. I’ll be happy to change my rating but at this point, I feel like this is a scam. I see the other customers who are having the same issue.
