I've had a good experience with their customer service. I ordered an item but it was out of stock and was told it would take 2 months for it to be back in stock. Shortly after a rep emailed me to let me know they had sourced the item from an Amazon Reseller and I had the item within a week. Only 4 stars as I had to make the initial query as to a tracking number. This is my second purchase from them and I am very happy with the quality and value of my purchases. TS 1000 and a Heating mat with Thermostat.
